Some analog stuff

Printed my Hägar sculpt and started working (actually in December...) on a bust that is half printed (head) and half sculpted in clay (base).

Also tried to weave a chainmail... and believe it or not, it makes you addicted to weave more rows and rows and rows and....

More pictures soon.

Caribbean reef shark - work in progress

A shark model I am doing for the German TV Channel ZDF's "Terra X" documentary series

Photogrammetry output

This is some of the output from our photogrammetry session initialized and executed by Technical Directors Timm Wagener, Vincent Ullman and Fabian Fricke. My part was basically supplying all the miniature assets.

And the capture-setup. Green-screen ensured us to not have any unnecessary capture information. Diffuse lighting setup. Modell was standing on a tourntable, that could be turned automatically or manually.

The TD's also build a setup, that provided us with a direct capture-key-solve workflow, which means every singel picture taken directly went into a software where it was keyed the straight to agisoft, where we could se a first quick solving output.

Timm has got two clips on his Vimeo channel that explain the capture-setup as well as showing some of the render-output in Houdini.
